- This is a full production, mixing, and mastering service — not just mix revisions. Songs can be built completely from scratch around your voice, style, and vision.
- Do you offer exclusive instrumentals?
- Yes. Subscribers get access to exclusive unreleased productions that are not publicly posted, sold, or previewed anywhere else. Once an artist selects a production, it is immediately removed from availability and becomes exclusive to that artist.
- What if I don't hear a production I connect with?
- Custom production is the foundation of the service. If none of the available exclusives fit your direction, we can build an original song from the ground up specifically around your sound and creative goals.
- How collaborative is the process?
- Very collaborative. We can work through revisions traditionally or do live-streamed sessions together in real time — whichever works best for your workflow.
- What file formats do you accept?
- We accept WAV and AIFF files in 16, 24, or 32-bit / 44.1kHz, 48kHz, and higher. 32-bit / 48kHz is strongly recommended for the best results.
- What files do I receive back?
- You'll receive WAV, MP3, streaming-optimized, and platform-ready exports, along with any alternate versions needed for performances, content, or release delivery.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no waiting periods.
- Is there a setup fee or contract?
- No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Month-to-month billing with the flexibility to cancel before your next renewal date.
- What happens if I need more work in a month?
- Additional songs, production work, or mixes beyond your plan limit can be added at a discounted subscriber rate. Contact us for details.
- Do unused songs or sessions roll over?
